The Spring 2026 Permission to Pause Collection is bright and happy with more color than most of the Collections - blues, greens, pops of red and blues, balanced with white and clear glass.

The thread is The Art of Becoming, and reflects the ability and excitement as we become our best and truest versions of ourselves.

As always, the box is filled with decor, lifestyle, a nibble, a book, the Calm & Clarity Packet (notebook, journal prompts, and quote cards), as well as stories of the makers and creative ways to use and gift.

The unboxing is considered one of the best parts of these collections - you don’t know what is in them until you start to unpack. This experience is designed from top to bottom, so be sure to give yourself some time to enjoy every moment.

All items are curated from small, female or family-owned businesses that create beautiful, unique items you typically only discover or stumble upon in small shops and boutiques.

Once in a while, a larger brand or a fun guy might make a guest appearance, but it will be worth it!

We work hard to find the female and family-owned makers, owners, and founders. We believe in women supporting women and helping others sing their songs.

It’s not always possible, but we’re doing our best.

The printed guide tells the stories of these small businesses, as we believe that others’ stories can inspire our own.

And we give you ideas of creative ways to use the items to find the calm in your everyday. And, even though we hope you never do, we suggest creative ways to gift some of the items.

Why? Because they are within us. We are just typically so busy, hurried, and distracted that we never hear them.

QUESTIONS + ANSWERS

  • Of course! These boxes will make the perfect gift. You will see that as an option when you hit purchase - a form will pop up for you to fill out.

    You can choose your date, and we will hold your box until it’s time to ship. And, you can write a message to the recipient, and we will print it out on a beautiful card and include it in the box.

  • They are currently $230 + $12.99 flat shipping rate. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a $25 flat rate.

    The exception to this is if you choose pick-up or delivery in Beaufort, SC, Charleston, SC, or Bluffton/HHI, SC - then, there is no shipping charge.

  • We decided to begin with one-time boxes only, primarily because that is what our customers said they wanted.

  • Each season’s box is a brand new collection - without repeats. (there was an exception to that with the Autumn ‘24 and Spring ‘25 boxes, but we checked with our customers and offered a substitue item - no one wanted it!)

    Since each collection reflects the season, it wouldn’t even make sense to repeat.

    We do include a Mindset Moments packet in each, but the notebooks, journal prompts, quote cards, and even the pens are different every time.

    As you may know, we don’t reveal the items before, as that is part of the experience. But, if you are buying multiple boxes for others, please reach out and we can go over the details with you! Just email Kimberly here (kimberly@thepermissiontopausecollection.com.)

  • We offer delivery in Beaufort, SC, since that is where we are physically located. When you put in your address on the checkout page, the option to have it delivered will appear.

    We also are giving our customers in the Charleston and Bluffton/HHI, SC areas the option to pick their box up in person. This will be on a designated day in each city. There is no additional charge for this, and it saves you the shipping charge.

    Pickup dates and location are TBD and you will receive an email with the details..

  • We just launched this in March 2026! We have two boxes that are a part of The Hostess Collection: The Hearth, and The Veranda.

    Soon, we will also offer The Front Porch, A Lowcountry Welcome Box, and The Nook, a Mini-Retreat in a Box.

  • At this point, we are only shipping within the U.S., but may look at this in the future.

    Note that there is a higher flat shipping rate for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. ($25)
