Intellectual Property

The Permission to Pause Collection gift designs and all included collateral and printed materials are the sole property of PTPC. Gifts may not be resold without written permission from PTPC. Gift designs may not be altered in any way and still presented as PTPC via social media, blogging, or any other public forum.

Substitutions

We pride ourselves on working with small, family- and female-owned businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without much advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit.

Pricing

All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort to ensure our items are correctly priced and stock quantities are up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will replace it with something comparable, and let you know.
